Day three yesterday, day 4 was technically a rest day, but I did arms
Day 2/30
10 min walk this am, 10 min walk at work, 18 min walk/run, 11 min bodyweight exercises
15 min walk/run + 10 min of body weight exercises to try to get myself back in the groove.
This is glorious and even thought it doesn’t fit in the range of all the paranormal, I MUST share
It works like this: You tell Kitestring that you’re in a dangerous place or situation, and give it a time frame of when to check in on you. If you don’t reply back when it checks your status, it’ll alert your emergency contacts with a custom message you set up.
It doesn’t require you to touch anything (like bSafe) or shake your phone (like Nirbhaya) to send the distress signal. Kitestring is smarter, because it doesn’t need an action to alert people, it needs inaction.

Feeling yucky today because of woman pains, but did my day 3 of the squat challenge, walked a mile, and did the quick Sexy Legs workout on Workout Trainer.

Found out I can jump rope in my living room if I'm careful (hooray!), did a quick Day 1 of a squat challengei found on Pinterest, and did The Strength Train 16 minute workout on workout trainer :)
I'm enjoying my third day in a row of the biggest loser calorie knockout that I borrowed from my library! Dolvett's smile doesn't hurt :D
