Okay I’m back here, again. Trying, trying, trying. I honestly needa drop like 40lbs 🥲
Haven’t posted an update since Monday I believe. But, I’ve still been in it! I’m really proud of myself. This is the most active ive been in months. I’ve also been eating at home & cooking my meals for the past ~3 weeks. Super happy!
What I’ve done this week:
Monday- gym
Tuesday- gym
Wednesday- 1.6 mile walk (rest day)
Thursday- gym
Friday- 2 mile walk (rest day)
Saturday- complete rest day
Monday
- today was pretty good for the most part. i closed all my rings! i started off with an hour workout, walked to target to get some items for dinner, came home did some work + studied, cooked dinner— CHX PAD THAI (it was so damn good), laid around, then cleaned my whole kitchen & swept. im pretty proud of myself. i stayed active today, ate healthy, and got work done. i love a productive stress free day! hopefully i can keep this momentum up for the rest of the week. but I’m off to a great start!
Natural body
I’ve been having terrible body dysmorphia recently. I stepped on the scale the other day and it read 184. Woah. Which is 10 pounds heavier than my normal weight. I went out last night and all my clothes feel extremely tight. Which sucks. But I’m going to try my best.
Honestly I eat fairly healthy, and don’t eat fast food. I’d say i cook 80% of my meals. Which is something to be proud of. I want to start working out 3x a week. I need more activity in my life. So i hope to be intentional.

OCTOBER
This month I want to be intentional. Intentional in my words, who I surround myself with, and my actions.
I want to remain in the present & enjoy ever single day. Time flies so quickly I can’t believe it’s already October. I feel like each month just passes me by so fast. I want to start enjoying each day, and each month.
October Goals:
Healthy eating
Exercise
No sex 🥺
Journaling
Resting
Applying to jobs

3. tell people no. if it’s not a hell yes, don’t waste your time. you have free will to do as you please. you are not a slave.
4. have pride in yourself and your achievements. set goals. accept compliments. own your confidence. shine.
5. flirt. it’s fun.
6. do shadow work. at the end of your day, take time to reflect on your mistakes and write down ways to make progress. this helps you understand your fears and guilts. journal. introspection.
7. don’t go along with anything that feels wrong to you. be assertive and don’t be afraid to cut someone off or cause a scene when your boundaries are crossed.
8. work your brain. do puzzles. reads books. learn about seduction. develop a skill. take time to daydream. visually manifest.
9. be daring. wear a sexy outfit or bold makeup look. show cleavage. follow your dreams. break routine. speak your mind. shock the people around you and ignore their judgements.
10. release timidity. stop overly apologizing, stuttering and overthinking. say exactly what you mean. feel exactly how you feel. banish all forms of guilt and shame.
