I no longer felt sadness as I stared into my screen. Pictures of a mysterious man with you, something I didn't want to believe. Because once upon a time that mysterious man used to be me. Everything he has now, wasn't just a dream. I see the way he makes you smile, boy is that a treat. Remember when I told you all I wanted was for you to be happy. And now as I watch from a far, I can smile because I know a good man has your heart. So I hope you know I'm happy for you and that I'm doing okay, but promise me you'll never forget the things I used to say. Because no matter what happened, you still taught me many things, like how I didn't need to buy a girl fancy things. Just be myself and everything would be okay. I'm sorry I didn't realize and now it's too late.
