For this one moment, call to mind a problem you are having and instead of focusing on the negative and the heaviness, think about one way it could go right. What beautiful experience could possibly come from this problem? Sometimes it is freedom, even though it’s scary to let go. Sometimes it is a valuable life lesson you will always have to cherish and call upon. Sometimes it is your dream and all you have been wishing for if you only let your mind move to the other side of your fear and doubt. Maybe this problem isn’t as big and intimidating as you thought, warrior.
