Coca Cola flavored Oreos taste like if you could eat clipart
These taste like an abstract concept. Summer Vacation flavored. Yankee Candle ass cookie.
this just keeps being relevant
This skit absolutely slaps forever but I have to tell you guys the secret.
The weird Oreos donāt sell⦠but the weird Oreos just being around and visible make people buy more regular Oreos.
Thatās why.
The weird Oreos DO sell, but my housemate is the one buying them all
I think they add an important element of randomness to the environment. My father in law bought 6 or 7 boxes of the Selena Gomez Oreos so he could set a Selena Gomez Oreo alarm to go off mid workday and then say to his coworkers, "Oh, my Selena Gomez Oreo alarm is going off!" and unearth from his locker his 6 or 7 boxes of Selena Gomez Oreos so he and his coworkers could distribute them around the neonatal ICU ward where they work. He said it livened up an otherwise extremely dreary day.
As someone who works in an arts and crafts store, I have sold SO MUCH resin to people who are using the celebrity-themed ones to make jewelry
Wait are they using the packaging or are they trying to freeze an Oreo in carbonite
You should be starting a recipe book. I don't give a shit if you're only 20-years-old. The modern web is rotting away bit by bit before our very eyes. You have no idea when that indie mom blog is going down or when Pinterest will remove that recipe. Copy it down in a notebook, physically or digitally. Save it somewhere only you can remove it. Trust me, looking for a recipe only to find out it's been wiped off the internet is so fucking sad. I've learned my lesson one too many times.
Whhhhhhhhhhy is there an earwig on my loofah?!?!?!?!
Hey. Why isnāt the moon landing a national holiday in the US. Isnāt that fucked up? Does anyone else think thatās absurd?
It was a huge milestone of scientific and technological advancement. (Plus, at the time, politically significant). Humanity went to space! We set foot on a celestial body that was not earth for the first time in human history! Thatās a big deal! Iāve never thought about it before but now that I have, itās ridiculous to me that thatās not part of our everyday lives and the public consciousness anymore. Why donāt we have a public holiday and a family barbecue about it. Why have I never seen the original broadcast of the moon landing? It should be all over the news every year!
Itās July 20th. Thatās the day of the moon landing. Next year is going to be the 54th anniversary. Iām ordering astronaut shaped cookie cutters on Etsy and Iām going to have a goddamn potluck. Youāre all invited.
Hey. Hey. Tumblr. Ides of March ppl. We can do this
Hell yeah moon holiday
Ooh coming up we should celebrate
PITCH: We call it Moon Day, and then every 7 years when it falls on a Monday, that's an even BIGGER deal and we call that Moon Day Monday and go absolutely apeshit about it (the next Moon Day Monday is in 2026 so we have a couple trial runs first)
MOON DAY MOON DAY MOON DAY
moon day is 20th July!!!
Scheduling this a day earlier to remind you all and myself about the Moon Day tomorow!
I scheduled this in 2025 to give you all a week to make Moon Day Monday preparations! I think I will order a little rocket cake or bake some moon phase cookies!

It would be nice to reclaim transfeminism from the people who are fixated on how throwing slurs at nonbinary people is supposedly liberating.
And as someone who sincerely does not consider men and women to be fundamentally all that different I'm also not a fan of how often the same circles end up sort of essentializing various actions and traits or modifying their value based on the gender of the person involved.
Are the """nonbinary exclusive radical transfeminists""" in the room with us right now, or are you just angry at transfeminine* people for having the temerity to exist?
(* = Transfeminine here means AMAB nonbinary people and trans women, i.e., those who experience transmisogynistic oppression, without being able to perform cisnormativity.)
If this is a legit complaint, kudos. Can you give me their urls? They sound awesome.
Anyway let me just edit what you wrote to remove references to transness:
"It would be nice to reclaim feminism from people* who think throwing slurs at masculine women and feminine men is supposedly liberating"
Oops. That's an antifeminist screed right there.
(* = don't think I didn't catch that little degendering sleight of hand. You're referring to a group mainly composed of trans women.)
As for your second point:
The point of transfeminism is not that men and women are fundamentally different. That is something you have fundamentally misunderstood. And/or a rhetorical fallacy of some kind.
Feminism says that men and women are not fundamentally different, so kudos for understanding half of the equation.
The other half of feminism is that men and women are TREATED DIFFERENTLY BY SOCIETY, and that this is unfait bullshit.
Transfeminism says that the feminist thesis applies to trans women, too. Trans women are not fundamentally different from you. They are just murdered and raped more, are paid less if they can find employment at all, and live on average ten years shorter.
So next time pigs fly and you see an evil trans woman slinging slurs, remember that you wouldn't last a day living her life. Remember that to , are just another unsafe person who might well commit violence against her and suffer no consequences.
>> Pretends self-described transfeminists who are hostile to nonbinary people don't exist.
>> Proceeds to immediately out self as exactly that type of person immediately afterwards.
You're just admitting you're a deeply intellectually dishonest person by pretending that's just not a thing that happens then.
So next time pigs fly and you see an evil trans woman slinging slurs, remember that you wouldn't last a day living her life.
Replies like this are ironically a pretty good example for why we need transfeminism that doesn't devolve into becoming transphobic towards other categories of trans people, especially given that you can't reliably tell them apart or tell what their identity or experiences are based on their behavior, and the fact that nonbinary trans women also exist.
It's also an example of why you shouldn't just assume people's genders on the internet, have your gendered assumptions color your entire view of who they are, and fabricate embarrassingly incorrect life narratives to justify lecturing them about things they have firsthand experience with and post about regularly.
This is one reason why I don't like being gendered or having pronouns in bio to begin with, people just approximate me to stereotypes and ignore my real self.
Wouldn't it be better to focus on what was said rather than writing fanfic about how I "wouldn't last a day as a trans woman" when I have been one for over 3 decades?
I had to laugh at the "are they in the room with us right now?" comment..because.. yeah? Two of the most well know transfemninsts are super exclusionary to non binary people. Have you never read Julia Serano or Jules Gil Peterson? Fake ass transfemninst over here.
Also "degendering sleight of hand" for using "they" to refer to a group of people? Ive seen this accusation before. Correct me if Im wrong bc I might be confusing languages, but English doesnt have plural 3rd person gendered pronouns, does it? Any group of people is "they" because thats how pronouns work in English, thats not misgendering/degendering, therea just no other possible word to use.
And to simultaneously call nonbinary people "feminine men and masculine women" is really something.
"We get raped and murderer more, you wouldnt last a day of her life" is also chilling. Does survivorship make someone more worthy here? Is she wishing that fate upon people, "try be a trans woman and die about it Id find that cathartic"? Cause only the "right" type of trans women deserve to live? - I dont think she put that much thought into it which is a differrent kind of scary. Trauma doesnt make you correct, or an authority, it just makes you hurt. We'd all be better off working to heal our trauma instead of trying to weaponize it to win or shut down arguments. Experience makes you an authority only of your own experience, which is a differrent thing to trauma.
Kinda hung up on the whole āreframingā thing, myself.
āIt would be nice to reclaim feminism from people who think throwing slurs at masculine women and feminine men is supposedly liberatingā
Oops. Thatās an anti-feminist screed right there.
Leaving aside the absolute bullshit of saying that nonbinary folks are just confused men and women, which I think has been addressed by everyone else, this whole statement is just nonsense.
What in the fuck is antifeminist about allowing people to express their gender outside the social norm? What, exactly, is un-feminist about being a masculine woman? Do I need to wear kitten heels and nylons and makeup to be a real woman? Are my work boots and messy hair and short nails betraying my gender?
The whole point of feminism as I see it is that people are allowed to exist as we please. As WE see fit, not as someone else dictates. Feminism is a response to the ways that women have been historically oppressed for a variety of bullshit reasons and in a variety of horrific ways, but itās not about cis women or even just women. A lot of trans men were probably lobotomized to make them behave like good wives and daughters. Cis women who literally just wanted to wear trousers and not get married were lobotomized. Trans women have been treated with disgust and suspicion and faced with the same horrific violence as people assigned female at birth. I stand on the shoulders of everyone who fought to exist as themselves and defy anyone to tell me what is required of me to call myself a woman.

Why is it like that? Is it, like, cool weird or just a random machinery accident?
