Looking up the Judaism, all the third genders are different forms of intersex, the examples are: androgynos (a person with male and female sexual characteristics) , tumtum (sexual characteristics are indeterminate), ay’lonit (a person who is stated to be female at birth but then develops male characteristics), and saris (a person who is identified as male at birth but develops female characteristics or is lacking a dick)
Māhū in Hawaii/Tahitian is strictly a spiritual thing only in that culture, and Aikāne in those cultures are gay men. (Also have seen it as another term for intersex aka ‘person of indeterminate gender’) and also they include masc women and fem man as different genders than fem woman and masc man (?????)
