The working title is AZ: A Pokémon Odyssey

The region that went to war with Kalos is named Zelos. It shares a common origin with the English word “jealous”, and is located south of Kalos based on the scrapped region map.
I plan to feature 230-250 Pokémon at least as background cameos, which is close to the same number as Legends: Arceus and the base game of Legends: Z-A.
Nearly all featured Pokémon will be ones that made their debut by Generation VI, with the only exceptions at least for now being Falinks and Kingambit.
Most, but not all Mega Evolutions will be in. The phenomenon did exist 3,000 years ago, but historical records and some of AZ’s memories were lost, and Mega Evolution was only rediscovered in Kalos relatively recently.
The origin story of the first Honedge is included.
Many of the Pokémon Trainers (Pokémon Wielders at this time?) who fought in the war are ancestors of notable ones in the present day, with visual resemblances like the ones in Legends: Arceus. AZ is the only Trainer from this time who is one and the same due to the ultimate weapon extending his life by 3,000 years.
The only legendary Pokémon that will be in are the trio from Kalos who were brought into the war, and the trios from Galar and Hoenn which AZ claims to have observed the famed ancient battles among.
The development of the Ange machine and Prism Tower will be in a late chapter before the epilogue.
