Throwing this in with my other wips, but villain/anti-hero Batfamily.
Bruce 'Brucie' Wayne, son to infamous Thomas and Martha Wayne. One of the highest raking Gothamites, hell, even outside Gotham! He practically controls the strings of Gotham, and will do so with a ditzy smile and half lidded eyes. No-one notices the calculation inside them.
Batman, the Dark Knight of Gotham. People didn't know what to think of him. On one hand, streets were clearing up from the criminals that loitered around the buildings, he never killed. On the other hand, if you were to encounter Batman while being an enemy, you would wish he had just killed you.
Delphi, otherwise known as Oracle, the eyes and ears of Gotham. Or rather, the chains which accompanied the lock. Every beep of a camera, every light of a building, every piece of technology, Oracle has been. Gotham was used to the others, but when Oracle is hunting you down, you know. And others do as well, because their cheek holds a meticulous carving of a wine glass, with a snake curled up in it.
Nightwing (Nightmare, as a nickname for him.), the only mercenary in Gotham and Bludhaven who has been seen (on his own accord, of course.) Turns out, Robin just didn't fit his style. While Batman tormented through intimidation and brute force, Nightwing proffered more subtle means, and a clean shot to cripple, expertly done through years of training from Deathstroke and The LoA. Never kill. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree after all.
Red Hood, the 'hero' of Crime Alley. Safe haven and hero of children, victims of all kind (which was common in Crime Alley.), and animals. Something akin to fear toxin for the criminals. The first Robin to die. Red Hood didn't hesitate to kill, but it was a rare thing. He liked to send a message after all.
Joker Junior. Despite the name, however, the boy was nothing like his namesake. Even as Robin, it was clear it was someone knew. No horrifying, chilling, child giggling in Gotham's midnight after the Third Robin. Only a sound of a whistle, and a frown. Joker Junior was all for Upper Bristol, and it showed. Masquerade mask instead of plastic, expert makeup instead of grotesque blood and flesh (Well, there was, but not his anyways.), and never laughter. Only crying, or the occasional silence. One of the reasons the TBI section of Gotham's hospitals were full. All the patients remembered was a whistle and a frown.
Spoiler, one of the few who don't shed others blood, rather, she drives them mad. Also known as 'The Mad Hatter', she is a silent killer, with drugged items, manipulation, and indirectly driving them to death. Technically, she hasn't killed anyone. Literally... She can't count.
Batgirl, rare but unavoidable. She's left traces all throughout the world, one of the only ones who usually reside out of Gotham, and rather, hunt the ones who dare to flee from Gotham in a pathetic attempt of mercy. Gotham knows too much and nothing about her, and in a way, it's horrifying.
Signal. Many think he's safe, not like any of the others in Gotham, one of the villains who actually favored criminals like any other does. He has no blood in his hands, because he doesn't like to get them dirty. His steps are silent, his voice is quiet and reassuring, and his hands don't shake when they eventually pin you down and hand you to the Bat's, all with an apologetic smile and a hushed apology spilling from his lips.
Finally, Robin. And Gotham knew that this Robin was to stay. Instead of hesitation or overdoing it, this Robin was eerily like his mentor, sans the scathing remarks and bloodlust that the younger child seemed to have. A dangerous combination of Assassin and Bat. Though his reputation doesn't come from his predecessors, rather the rumors of how Robin would ask hushed questions like the persons blood type, how he would watch with keen interest as Batman dealt with a rogue, and how one person even heard Robin ask for an organ for his 'academic research.'
