This fandom baffles me in how much it like hates the Minotaur, like I have seen this fandom treat the like of the Titans & Giants who have done so much worst than him so well. Like people fixate on the fact that he took Camper necklaces as war trophies while glazing the murderous groomer that is Luke Castellan. I am seeing so many people writing deep metas on Medusa & rightfully bashing Poseidon & sometimes Athena for her hand in her torment, yet not one single person do I see mention the fact that the Minotaur is as much as a victim of the gods as she is. LIke the Minotaur is literally a darker mirror to Percy in a way that is not talked about. This is part of the reason I am so baffled by the fact that people are raging about the idea of monsters getting redeemed as if many of said monsters were made by the gods.

Okay, so here me out here. I know Doctor!Damian is a popular idea, but I want Doctor!Duke or even better, Paramedic!Duke. Duke who's parents (especially Elaine) really pushed the idea that he should help people (both by words and by actions), Duke who likely grew up seeing his peers in a position where they needed a doctor but couldn't go, Duke who survived in a chaotic moments where a medical professional would have/did help save people, Duke who knows and respects Leslie Thompkins, Duke who we know is good at community organizing and cares about his community, Duke Thomas who we know is smart. I desperately want to see EMS or Paramedic or Doctor or whatever Duke Thomas.

Also it would be really fun to see Paramedic!Duke handing patients off to ERDoc!Damian

kinda funny how "we shouldn't generalize robins" when someone brings up the happy-angry robin thing but no one bats an eye when tim is "the smart robin" or Damian is "the stabby one." what the hell does that even mean that he's stabby? are you unable to find actual emotions you could use to describe him? i'm pretty sure there are plenty but somehow he's just "stabby." Steph obviously is "the girl robin" because apparently being a girl is enough of a description so she doesn't get to be described with emotions as well. in fandom Duke is "the normal one" for some reason. is it because you can only stomach him when he can only be described as "normal?" is he not allowed to be anything else? Dick and Jason can't be sometimes happy and sometimes angry and sometimes something else because there will always be someone who's going to reduce them to only one of these. are they not allowed all those other emotions? but tim is smart, okay? he's the smart one, the smart robin, the detective robin. but why would anyone complain when their fav character is described as smart right? the others can suck it, they don't get to be anything else but angry-happy, stabby, girl and normal. we shouldn't generalize them though! but tim is smart, dont forget about it!
