It was established by Katherine Birbalsingh, who’s claim to fame seems to be that she’s possibly the only teacher who likes Michael Gove. The website says at the bottom that “Michaela Community School is a limited company”, clearing up any questions you might have about why they’re so eager to squeeze every last bit of money out of their pupils.
