Since everyone's fighting about who's bad, and who did what, and why certain characters are the devil and others are sweet baby angels, I've compiled a list of shit everyone's done both confirmed in the past, and crimes/HR violations in the game itself. This is mostly because I think it's funny, please don't think this is a call out for your fave.
I've probably missed a lot because holy shit, and I've only played through the whole way once. I might come back and edit as I remember things. Also some of these are dependent on choices, but you have the ability to do/trigger them so I've added them. I'm also completely aware I could have biases towards/against certain characters or just be straight up wrong about events, so if you see anything wrong lmk.

My thoughts on the Invisigal and Robert locker scene: I understand why many people got upset with the locker room scene in episode 7 of Dispatch. First I want to give my respect to SA survivors and/or anyone who has experienced. It is a terrible thing to have to go through and I sincerely wish better things upon you. As a person who has gone through it, it is never an easy thing to go through. It is something should never be accepted or tolerated.
I feel like what happened in the locker scene is a very confusing scene to comprehend. I understand why so many people were against it and why they see it as SA. Personally I didn’t see it as SA. There’s a possibility I could be somewhat desensitized to this sort of thing, due to my own experiences. However, that is not an excuse, it’s an explanation.
I saw that scene as a window or an opening for invisimech shippers to basically watch their ship sail. In no way did I comprehend it to be anything but that. I can see how if you are not a invisimech shipper how that could seem violating or harmful. SA is a very serious and important problem, and it’s been a problem since forever.
I don’t want to come across as someone who thinks SA is okay, cause it’s not. I do not support, condone, and tolerate SA ever. However, I don’t think what Visi did should be considered SA. I think it’s based off of perception. If you are a invisimech shipper then that was one of your chances. If you are not an invisimech shipper then I’m sure it made you uncomfortable and that’s okay.
There are a percentage of people who I think don’t really care about this scene, and are just saying it’s SA because they dislike Visi. You are 1000% allowed to dislike a character for whatever reason, but I feel like at this point you are just trying to ruin it for everyone else. I’ve noticed the double standards and the misogyny very clearly within in this fandom. People get upset when Visi makes inappropriate jokes and/ or comments, but it’s okay when sonar does it? Make it make sense.
Some of you then turn a blind eye to Mal touching Robert’s privates and you say nothing about that? Again it doesn’t make sense. Until you realize it is double standards + misogyny. While we’re at it Robert kissing BB without her consent, you guys didn’t care about that. Phenomoman kissing Robert also wasn’t consensual.
This is the exact reason why I don’t want to consider it SA, because some of you pick and choose what and who that applies to. If we are going to consider what Visi did as SA then we have to apply it to the other situations, but I know that’s unrealistic cause a lot of people won’t. If you want to hold a character accountable for something, then you have to hold the other characters accountable for their actions/behavior as well; cause it doesn’t make sense otherwise.
In conclusion I understand the perception of the people who felt upset and violated by the locker scene in episode 7. However, I think if we’re going to hold Visi accountable for her actions, then we need to do the same with the rest of the characters. Also it’s absolutely crystal clear that there is so much misogyny within this conversation and this fandom, unfortunately.

I whole heartedly agree with this take. If people feel uncomfortable by it, be it personal experience or just doesn't sit right with them, then shit, it made them uncomfortable (if not going for Visi, ofc), we shouldn't invalidate those feelings to any degree. But I do think the point of the scene was to add spice and drama. Coulda been done differently, but the current presentation does at least kinda get the idea across
