I thought Feb 26th would be a good date (so ppl has 72 hrs notice if they want to participate), we would log off for 24hrs to show tumblr we are not okay with that (and also for shapes to get less ad revenue for a day in a process lol). For details on the $50 commissions, please read below!

I’ve been having fun doing these $50 drawings! They’re more loosey goosey than my more expensive ones. I’ll draw 1-3 characters, and things like bust/halfbody/fullbody are all on the table. Basically, you can give me your character(s) and a prompt, and I’ll make you a pencil drawing from there! You can be as descriptive and specific as you want, or you can leave the specifics of the drawing to my interpretation. 

Some important things to note: 

I don’t do work in progress sketches for these $50 commissions. This helps me maintain that funky creative flow while I work on your drawing!

VERY important: There is a long wait time right now, because I have a number of commissions to work on already, and I always work on them chronologically. Please give me a big window of 6 months to make your drawing. There’s a good chance I’ll do your drawing sooner than six months, but I’m overestimating the time it will take so I feel less rushed. This also leaves room for things like breaks, and taking breaks from working on commissions helps me to draw better! If you feel compelled while waiting for your drawing to be finished, you can always reach out and ask about the status of your drawing; I really don’t mind!

Yesterday i watched ZOOTOPIA 2!!!

I really enjoyed it, it was quite fun, but I think what made me like it the most was the fact that there were a lot of people talking in the cinema. It was really cool; I felt like I was part of a group of people with common interests, even though I didn't talk to anyone. It was good; they were talking about the movie, about things I understood (and briefly about the love action in Moana because of the trailers). There were people around my age, maybe because I'm autistic, and I haven't interacted with people my age for weeks, so it's a great feeling to find someone who shares your interests.

About the film (note: this is not a professional review or critique, I'm just talking about the film):

Judy and Nick… and these two are super in a relationship, I mean extremely romantic, like really, really romantic. I feel like they were going to kiss more than once, but spending a lot of time on Tumblr made me understand that there are many types of love, and although for me it's super romantic between these two, maybe it's a very strong platonic love… I don't know, I'll see a lot of art on the internet of the two of them being cute and being a couple, so I'm very happy.

There were some scientific points that bothered me a little, but it's just like, "okay, this doesn't make sense in real life, but I'm completely okay with it," like the size of the basilisk lizard, which is very large for its real-life version, but I'm cool with that.

The whole thing with the lynxes and snakes, I had predicted that, it was obvious, but the villain's plot twist surprised me quite a bit.

Gazelle… she was hot, like really hot, those "Hips Don't Lie," her musical performance… wow, Shakira's voice and those hips, damn, I know I'm going to see a lot of her art on the internet and I like that, the images I'm going to post won't do her justice because it's those hip movements that really grab your attention.

The horse mayor…he's funny, and there's definitely going to be a lot of his artwork on the internet.

Gary is cool, he's weird and cute, his scales make me a little uncomfortable but I think that's the intention, it fits (besides the fact that I'm sure his species exists because I've seen pictures of similar snakes years before this movie).

He is a blue viper.

My new original character, inspired by Silver the Hedgehog, I decided to post on Dia Nacional de Zumbi e da Consciência Negra (a holiday in my country, Brazil).

Note: I don't have a name yet.

Inspired by Silver the Hedgehog, she's a girl born years in the future where Earth is destroyed by a cataclysmic event and few humans remain. Everyone believes that a magical girl started it (I was thinking of Aika from Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to Be a Magical Girl, but I'd probably change it; she was supposed to be an OC for Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to Be a Magical Girl). Using technology, they managed to use magical girl magic to travel back in time once and for all, and they also needed someone to travel with. My OC was chosen because she was the only one who volunteered. Using technology and magical girl magic, experiments were conducted that made her manifest telekinetic abilities. NOTE: She uses prosthetic legs because she was born without them. She was sent to the past with the objective of preventing the cataclysmic event.

I was also inspired to draw a magical girl by @keyrinq's wonderful drawing, of @gutt-gerl's BLOOD MOON ZIRA DESIGN.
