Can we please admit that ADHD is also a spectrum? Some people suffer a lot more from their ADHD. Thereās people that manage fairly well, or donāt feel as hindered by it. My brother is barely bothered by it, he just gets really active and does sports. I am constantly impacted by it, and Iām tired of people acting like weāre all the same. Weāre not. There are moments where I canāt cook for weeks, where I canāt manage to send an email for work, meanwhile heās running his own business successfully. Some of us are barely functioning because of our ADHD, and others seem to be thriving because of it.Ā

accepting that itās a spectrum.
accepting aspec people as valid members of the LGBTQ community, understanding that they arenāt confused, and remembering that everyone is different, and that just because you might not understand it doesnāt make it any less real.
