What I have found from studying on weight control and exercise is something really new and might be exciting for you to know.
"IRISIN"
What is this? You better be thinking of that...
But this "irisin" will be the key to all your goals regarding your body health and weight.
And let me tell you, in the upcoming years you'll see how tremendous this thing influence our lives and companies going to sell and we definitly gonna buy.
What is irisin?
Basically, "irisin is a hormone". Yes, A Hormone.
It's actually new and diagnosed few years ago. But your mind gonna blow when you know the benefits of this hormone.
"It actually helps you to lose excessive fat of your body by turning the white fat cell in brown fat cell. So all your deposits fat gonna metabolised and dissipated through your body by heat".
White fat cells: deposits fat.
Brown fat cell: metabolize fat by thermogenesis.
So, all you have to do to increase the irisin level in your body.
How to increase?
You might be happy to know that, you can do it all by naturally.
1. Exercise
By the exrcising you can increase the body irisin level and that increase level stay for hours or a days. So, even if you are sleeping or not doing vigorous activities you are still achieving your goals. Wow...
But not the regular cardio type, jogging, walking, jumping, can be beneficial. Their should be a different kind of exercise that Includes wholesome activities and target all the muscles of your body. Remember muscles....
2. Diet

The creativity leads to the healthy mind. And the healthy mind makes you a 'warrior for life'.

So, today I'm gonna share my four hair DIY treatment that I do at my home and I love it. Well, if you ask why DIY? So I would say: ' because it's easy like you just have to go to your kitchen. Right✔' (super lazy😁)...... or I would say: ' it's cheap' (Sasta or tikao😋😉)..... and I would say: 'when it's comes the matter of your hairs, only approach the natural, herbal and authentic product (apart from joke☺).
That's why DIY is the first choice.....👍
But before I proceed. There's something I need to clear about your hair health.
1. Your physical health does matter to your hair health. Depend on how stronge are you.
2. Overstress, anxiety, depression and all your emotional or mental states also affect your hair growth. Keep that in mind.
3. Your hair texture, shape and pattern of growth is defined by nature by birth. Your genetics also involves.
So stop shaming your hair of being curly, straight or wavy. It's designed by nature. Give them appreciation as they are.👩
Four hair treatment for a week
1. Aloe vera
Apply freshly cut aloe vera gel to your hair and scalp. Let it stay for 30 mints and rinse it.🌵
Aloe vera is best cure for dandruff, hair fall and itchy scalp. It also makes your hair stronge shiny and also improves growth.
Seasonal dandruff and dry scalp is oky, but if dandruff is more than then number of your hair, it is alarming.

Take some onion cut 'em down and boil them in water. Let it cool and wash your hair and scalp with this water.
