If you wanna cook but don’t have the spoons for chopping vegetables or you can’t use knives for whatever reason, frozen chopped onion is really good for that.

Nothing wrong with using canned vegetables or an onion or garlic paste either.

Ginger garlic paste, frozen onion, and instant rice has gotten me to cook myself a curry to eat instead of skipping a meal more times than I can count.

Instant potatoes and canned or frozen veggies are also great if you want a meat and potatoes kind of meal. You can also get precut and pre seasoned meat at a lot of grocery stores.

If you’re new to cooking as well it’s important to know that you really don’t need to start big! Making soup from some frozen veggies you dumped in a pot or making tacos with a store bought spice mix or even just boiling an egg to put on your instant ramen is a great start and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise

Your local public library has pattern books! They have crochet, knitting, weaving, and quilting pattern books! If they don't have the book you want, or the craft you want, you can ask for us to get it for you! It's free!

RIP Sam Neill. He was part of my childhood as Alan in Jurassic Park but what I'll always remember him for is this story from Event Horizon:

I'm just saying, if you're going to worldbuild magic being a "raw, primal force, akin to and interweaving with nature itself" you gotta explain to me why animals don't use it

I know the normal answer is "they just aren't smart enough for it" but idk I've seen enough media where a character uses a spell in a moment of brain-off panic ilI feel like animals could probably stumble into a spell or two like, accidentally

Either through observing or just figuring shit out ravens could 100% learn how to cast spells I'm sure of it
