I’m part of the Orlando LGBT community. I live just 8 minutes from the Pulse club. My heart is broken. The gunman tried to make his point with the blood of innocents. His message has been washed away in the tears of our community and the world.

If my heart could birth a thing into existence by will alone, then it would be my art journal, that I want to entitle, Break Out Words. My dream is two-fold. I want to create an art journal from my own healing journey and create an online art therapy community, both called Break Out Words, to promote healing through creativity.
