Hurts when still in. Hurts when you extract because it's wedged in solidly and yet half chipped off. Hurts because the anesthesia hasn't worn off yet. Hurts after the anaesthesia wears off. Painkillers so solid you can't even see straight. Bleeds even 6 hrs later, even after a whole set of pills.
