If you're having a bad day or just want to focus on some self care, here's a little self care challenge:
Make your bed - even if you just crawl back in bed, you'll feel more productive
Brush your teeth and hair - you don't when to style your hair or do anything major, just brush it and brush your teeth!
Text a friend or family member - it doesn't matter what you send, just send something!
Have a cup of water and eat at least 1 meal today - I know it's tough to eat and drink, but your body needs the fuel and energy!
Do one thing that makes you happy or used to make you happy - it doesn't have to be huge, maybe just watch your favorite show or eat your favorite food!
It's okay if you can't do all of this right now, take things one step at a time. You are trying your best and that is enough. I am so proud of you 💛
