æč性ć (Khalil Fong) - ćłé (feat. Zion.T & Crush)
Appreciation post for Holtâs amazing t-shirts
A lot of deep sea creatures are coloured red, but since the colour blends in so well with dark water it just ends up looking black or dark blue.Â
In short, combined with the horn-like crown, submerged home, and pitchfork/trident, Poseidon is just another name for the Devil.
Humans misinterpret Hell as an underground cavern of fire, when in reality, itâs a boiling sea floor stoked by hydrothermal vents and exposed magma.
Dante describes the Ninth circle of hell as being where traitors are crushed in a dark frozen lake, which sounds like deep sea trenches or brine pools
Notice how the only thing demons and mermaids have in common is dragging human souls down?
Thereâs a reason why sailors used to call mermaids âSea Demonsâ.
This post is prying open my third eye with a crowbar
If a sitting president threatens to hold government employees hostage and shut down the government for years because the other branches of government wonât give him absolute power, then he should be fucking impeached.
#like this is literally how authoritarianism starts #the government wo[nât] build your wall? #shut down the government entirely! #declare a state of emergency to circumvent congress! #like how long will it take for martial law to be declared after that?
natalie portman radiates such a terrifying energy i canât describe itâŠ.. itâs not exactly evil but itâs not warm eitherâŠ. i feel like she could unhinge her jaw and drag me into the ocean like a kraken but she wouldnât bc itâs undignifiedÂ
Wanna know why?
âOscar-winning actress Natalie Portman told the crowd at Saturdayâs Womenâs March in downtown Los Angeles that she experienced what she calls âsexual terrorismâ as a 13-year-old after the release of the film The Professional.
Portman described her pride and excitement in releasing the film, only to encounter sexually explicit messages both directed toward her and made about her.
âI excitedly opened my first fan mail to read a rape fantasy that a man had written me,â she recalled. âA countdown was started on my local radio show to my 18th birthday, euphemistically the date that I would be legal to sleep with. Movie reviewers talked about my budding breasts in reviews.â
The experience, she said, changed the way she expressed herself publicly, in order to limit the ways she could be objectified by others.
âI understood very quickly, even as a 13-year-old, that if I were to express myself sexually, I would feel unsafe,â she said. âAnd that men would feel entitled to discuss and objectify my body to my great discomfort. So I quickly adjusted my behavior. I rejected any role that even had a kissing scene and talked about that choice deliberately in interviews. I emphasized how bookish I was and how serious I was. And I cultivated an elegant way of dressing. I built a reputation for basically being prudish, conservative, nerdy, serious, in an attempt to feel that my body was safe and that my voice would be listened to.â
Video of the speech here:Â https://www.vox.com/2018/1/21/16917130/natalie-portman-womens-march
I support Natalie Portman unhinging her jaw and dragging every last man who made her feel this way into the deep like a kraken.

#the sound of my mental health Â
iâm fucking CRYING
breaking bad, fight club, rick and morty, clockwork orange, and the catcher in the rye are all arguably good things - but if a man says they are his FAVORITE book/movie/tv show? RUN.
Can someone explain this to me?
Theyâre all works that are examinations of compelling but deeply flawed (usually narcissistic and violent) men. People rightly like all these works because they are good, but the implication of the original post is that if a guy says they are his favorite work, he is probably misunderstanding the point of the work and instead idolizing the male protagonist and is unable to recognize their flaws.
Basically, ask why they like it. If they like it because they think itâs well-written and made, youâre probably good. But if they want to be like Walter White, or Tyler Durden, or Rick Sanchez, or Alex DeLarge, or Holden Caulfield: yeah, RUN.
Finally I can reblog this post.
This also goes for Mad Men, run like hell from any guy who identifies with/idolizes Don Draper
âItâs a satire. Many donât get that⊠My daughter had a friend named Max. She told me âFight Clubâ is his favorite movie, I told her never to talk to Max again.â David Fincher, director of Fight ClubÂ
2019 isnât going to be any different unless you actually put effort in to change it
psych majors should be required to kick it with a mentally ill person for at least 80 hours just to be reminded that we are human and not experiments
As both a psych major and a mentally ill person I cannot begin to tell you how many people I have met in my classes who make me concerned for the safety and health of mentally ill people everywhere, especially the young children who struggle.
My first psychology class was fucking wild. Put of around 35 of us only three (one being a close friend of mine) of us had any sort of mental illness. Intro Psych is mainly about brain development with only a small section at the end being about mental illness but Oh Fucking Boy did everyoneâs weird ass stereotypes and fetishes jump out in the last chapter.
We were talking about schizophrenia and the one other girl with mental illness was a schizophrenic (it wasnât known until this exact moment). We were talking about symptoms when someone just asked outloud, âArenât schizos like super likely to murder people though?â
I thought, okay, one guy still stuck in the fucking 80âs, whatever.
But Then A Bunch Of People Start Agreeing
And soon we were 20minutes into class and everyone had shared a case of a schizophrenic murdering, abusing, etc etc and They Saw Nothing Wrong With Thinking These Stereotypes Were A Standard
The prof finally stopped them and asked if anyone wanted to make one last statement and this poor girl just raises her hands and âI just thought you all should know that Iâm schizophrenic and have never thought about murdering someone, nor have I ever hurt anyone apart from myself.â
And⊠no one apologized. They literally felt no guilt at all for bashing this girl.
The same exact thing happened when we talked about depression, anxiety, and ptsd.
âPtsd is what soldiers get after war right?â
âYeah sometimes, but anyone can suffer from it after a traumatic eventâ
âHow would you know, are you the professor now?â
âNo, but I have ptsd from a car crash that nearly killed me soâŠâ
Like god damn I really fucking hate neurotypicals trying to satisfy some weird curiosity they have for âcrazyâ people or whatever it is like please stay like 3000ft away from anyone with a mental illness and never fucking talk to them dear god
Itâs out!
I illustrated for Disneyâs MULAN book âMulanâs Lunar New Yearâ, (you can see the book here!) a childrenâs book about little Mulan spending Lunar New Year with her family.
Itâs my first book and I want to share some illustrations  :D [*will also have this book at my table at CTNx 2018 this year on display at T55!]
Looking back, there are lots that I want to improve on the crafting of my drawings for this book, but overall⊠Iâm really glad I get to illustrate and to remember the joy and excitement I had celebrating Lunar New Years and lighting fireworks with my parents as a kid.
It was pretty magical.
cooking with jeff goldblum and bryce dallas howard
please turn the sound on you wonât regret it
I know Jeff Goldblum is the better part of this video but Bryceâs laugh is so anime hand face pose that I canât believe it. She laughs like sheâs at the peak of her abilities and my petty resistance to her might is nothing
