Neelam's California Indian Green Beans –– A Recipe In Pictures
1) Heat oil in a pan. Sizzle cumin seeds and minced garlic. Add in cut green beans and potatoes. Stir, then add diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
2) Mix, cover, and cook on med/low until potatoes are soft.
3) Increase the heat until all the juices are dry.
4) Squeeze some fresh lime or lemon juice on top and serve!
