In wake of the new "Into the Gimmickverse" project, I'm gonna need every gimmick blog to either reply or comment on this post so we can start making a cast list. Have resume's, gimmick and auditions at the ready. We'll be in touch.
Ooo, this sounds fun! :)
How to turn off AI data collection on mobile
1. Go to your blog settings
2. Scroll down on the first page to the bottom and go to Visibility
3. Turn on the setting "prevent third party sharing"
It really sucks that this is opt-out instead of opt-in, but we just have to work with what we've been dealt.
They are already selling data to midjourney, and it's very likely your work is already being used to train their models because you have to OPT OUT of this, not opt in. Very scummy of them to roll this out unannounced.
Just a PSA for folks- you also have to do this for every one of your blogs. Because it’s purposefully obtuse.
Scummiest rollout I’ve ever seen.
a bitey ball of flesh excited to explore via the power of friendship with an absentee father whos off breaking things of people the audience absolutely HATES
That is entirely more accurate than I expected. Good job.
Reblog if you want a shitty summary of your blog in your inbox.
Okay if anyone wants to help me fight Statalus come here.
[By reblogging this post, Status 1 will teleport you to a bunker where he, Two, Six, and some advanced sentries are planning, about 100 feet away from the cliff where Statalus is setting something up. The sun is setting sort of blacking him out in a really cinematic way. From the looks of what he's doing and what he said, he is trying to escape to another reality, and Status 1 would feel kinda bad if he just LET that happen. The goal is to find a way to revoke Statalus's console powers or weaken him. With the console powers, direct fighting is practically- no, LITERALLY worthless, so you'll need to be smart about this.]
Small announcement from the mod:
Hello, everyone. I know I’ve fallen inactive, but I do want to let you all know that I want to eventually return to this blog at some point, though I’m not sure when exactly that is.
Well, I don't show off - don't criticize I'm just livin' by my own feelings And I won't give in - won't compromise 'Cause I only have a steadfast heart of gold
I don't know why - I can't leave, though it might be tough But I ain't out of control - just livin' by my word Don't ask me why - I don't need a reason I've got my way - my own way
It doesn't matter now what happens
I will never give up the fight Long as the voice inside drives me to run and fight It doesn't matter who is "wrong" and who is "right"
Well, I don't look back - I don't need to Time won't wait and I've got so much to do Where do I stop? Now it's all a blur and so unclear Well, I don't know, but I can't be wrong
This fight is not for anybody - this is purely for myself There is no way I'm gonna give up 'till the very end I can't tell what is wrong and what is right - I've got to find the answer But until I do, there's no way I will ever give up Place all your bets on the one you think is right
It doesn't matter now what happens I will never give up the fight There is no way I will run away from all of my frights Long as the voice inside me says "go" I will always keep on runnin' There is no way to stop me from going to the very top It doesn't matter who is "wrong" or who is "right"
-Cross
That’s a nice song :)

Ooc; [ MERRY CHRISTMAS ! ]
(Merry Christmas to you too!)
Relith Science wishes all employees and the giant tentacle monster a merry Christmas!

"something has changed... what's happened, little virus?"
I’m not sure…
"well, you definitely seem...older and more mature, in a sense."
(Carrion has grown in size a bit.)
I guess… I’m not really sure of any major differences though.
"you used to barely speak any words to me, now look at you, it's full sentences!"
[he smiles]
(Carrion smiles back)
I have gotten better, haven’t I?
"yes, you have. It's too bad I can't pick you up anymore."
[Teardrop chuckles at the thought]
I can still shrink if I wanted to. It would require some specific conditions though.
(It seems that Carrion is genuinely considering shrinking just so you could still hold it.)
"awww, really?"
[He kneels down and opens up his arms]
"well, for now a hug will do."
(Carrion wraps a few tendrils around Teardrop.)
[he hugs Carrion, his many hearts beating slowly against it]
It’s good to see you again.
"it's good to see you again too, Carrion."
(Carrion slowly disentangles from Teardrop.)
What should we do now?
[he shrugs]
"I'm not sure, I'm pretty bored without my husband to talk to."
O-oh, well I spend most of my time hunting, and I don’t really know what else to do outside of that…
"want to go hunt then?"
[he starts making a bow and arrow out of stars]
Ok!
What should we look for? I usually eat deer that wander close too the breathing woods, but I can take on pretty much anything in the area.
"oooh, I've never had deer before! Will you be showing me one or two that you have in mind? Plus, it might be fun for us!"
Sure thing!
(Teardrop and Carrion walk to the edge of the breathing woods, where it gives way to normal, less fleshy woods. Carrion then pulls itself into a more spherical shape and changes to a green color, disguising it’s eyes as fruits.)
Now, I usually just wait for a deer to approach so I can ambush it. You’ll also need to find a way to hide.
"alright, that's easy for me. Just give me a minute, and it may come as a surprise to you."
[he turns himself into a blueberry bush]
"is that better?"
Wow! That’s a lot better! Now we wait.
[he goes silent as a deer approaches]
"....."
…
(Carrion slowly begins shifting, making sure the deer doesn’t notice.)
[he silently watches it, as the deer eats a Berry off his bush. Teardrop makes a small noise, because that probably hurt.]
(The deer looks up at the noise, causing Carrion to freeze. After a few seconds, it resumes grazing on other nearby plants as Carrion inches closer. When it’s close enough, Carrion lunges and grabs the deer with it’s tentacles.)
[he transforms back, and cleans off the scratch on his arm.]
"good job, you caught it!"
[he smiles, nodding his head in approval. Carrion got the approval of a god.]
(Carrion looks a little proud of itself.)
Do you want some?
"maybe....just a little."
[approaching carefully, he stands right next to Carrion.]
Here, take however much of it you want.
"alright. I do suggest moving away so it doesn't splatter on you..."
[Teardrop's nails get longer and sharper, aggressively ripping a part of the deer's stomach off]
(Carrion watches Teardrop eat.)
[he pats a spot next to him, so Carrion can eat too. His teeth are ten times sharper while eating raw meat.]
(Carrion also begins eating the deer. It isn’t much cleaner than Teardrop, and it doesn’t seem to particularly care about bones, so it takes the harder parts of the deer’s body.)
[Teardrop was about to collect the bones for his husband, but then stopped. He shook his head and sighed]
?
Are you okay?
"yes....I'm just a little sad."
[he weakly smiles at Carrion]
(Carrion gently smiles back, though “gently” smiling isn’t really possible due to Carrion’s appearance.)
[he stands up to his full height, and accidentally bonks his head on a tree. Apparently he's really tall after eating meat.]
(Carrion, also being slightly larger, looks up at him.)
[he looks down at it, and kneels]
"well, I just hit my head on a tree, so I should probably kneel until it passes"
That was a good meal, but what should we do now? Is there anything you want to do?
"I'd like to show you something cool."
[he says, walking to a nearby river- or wherever water is.]
(Carrion follows Teardrop. Carrion visits this river often to drink and occasionally swim.)
[he suddenly jumps onto the water, and is somehow standing on it. He even laid down, and he just did it with no problems. It was like the water was solid...but not ice.]
???
(Carrion attempts to follow, but sinks in the water.)
"oh, little virus- it's just a magic trick, not a thing you can actually do!"
[he giggles]
(Carrion crawls back on shore.)
Does this mean you can’t swim? Is it voluntary?
"I...I just don't like water."
[he makes a face.]
"water makes me look like a wet dog."
Well, you’re not the only one with water tricks.
(Carrion crawls back into the water, disappearing below the surface. Shortly after, a school of red worms appears near the surface, swimming in unison.)
"oh? Well that is a very neat water trick."
[his fingers thread through the water, as he watches the worms]
(Carrion exits the water, reforming.)
[he smiles, and lays back on the grass]
[then, Teardrop starts purring loudly]
(Carrion gets closer, settling next to Teardrop.)
[the purrs continue, as he lays near Carrion]
(Carrion begins to fall asleep.)
[his wings come out, and shield their eyes from the sun while they nap]
"something has changed... what's happened, little virus?"
I’m not sure…
"well, you definitely seem...older and more mature, in a sense."
(Carrion has grown in size a bit.)
