I think the “Jaime Lannister” who had Brienne of Tarth in mind remains the most thoughtful, tender, generous, mischievous, and bravest role Nikolaij has ever played. His other roles are more vulnerable, easy to be agitated, mournful, trying to be ordinary. Don’t be. Lion is never ordinary. Hope to see him in a playful, confident, and brave character transforming himself on the journey of life’s adventures and destination again, just like when Jaime met Brienne long time ago.

After Inktober 2019 I had three pages left in my sketchbook and a few ideas I didn't manage to fit into the month so I always intended to add those. But after sketching them down November and December turned out to be so stressful that I found no time to sit down and ink them till after Christmas Eve.

And here is the last one! My favourite moment from the last season, Brienne becoming Ser Brienne of Tarth, man that was great! <3

So that's a wrap on Inktober, I'll eventually make these drawings and some of the previous Got inktobers available for print cause some people have been asking about that.

As long as I am going to forget about the bad taste, new revelations make me hate SEASON 8 more. After oscillating between revealing what you really feel about the script and how you can defend your compromise with the script, D & D sell you out, Nikolaj. It’s you and you along, not the script, who breaks Brienne’s heart so unnecessarily cruel.

argument: captain phasma’s armor is supposed to look hot. but, this is the crucial thing, it looks hot from the point of view of the character herself, and makes perfect sense in the context of the story. 

“Phasma had the armor polished in chromium, which had been salvaged from a Naboo yacht that had once belonged to Emperor Palpatine of the Galactic Empire, the First Order’s precursor.”

phasma has spent like all her life in the first order, as a storm trooper. you ask any storm trooper ‘what would be the sexiest possible modification to your armor’ and none of them are going to say ‘cut a boob window’ they’re gonna say ‘plate it with something HARDCORE’. 

after they finish high-fiving, they will probably add, ‘AND STICK A CAPE ON.’

Whenever I see these ‘observation towers’ they’re always jam packed with fish. Do fish just enjoy being able to see over the regular water level that much? Is this a good method of enrichment for fish?
