Tonight is taco night! I used all fresh ingredients (except the shells) and the seasoning was from the package. I love using the Taco Bell package for making tacos. Way better than going to the Fast Food Restaurant….oddly.

This was my first time cooking a lobster.  I wanted to make sure that I would get the sweetest lobster so I picked up a lively one.    Once i got home, I decided to name it Bertha because of its massive claws. After a much needed boiling spa bathe, Bertha was ready to go. The lobster was very sweet and went well with my garlic rosemary butter.  Yum!
