I’m still too drained to figure out a full and accurate definition for variance since it covers the whole community, but this is the finalized variant pride flag (my icon), as well a more saturated version for those who don’t like the pastels (pastels are the easiest on my eyes, I recognize that I use them quite a bit for this reason, so hopefully having the bright one will make up for this).

The other flag with the black triangles was a draft. I removed the black triangles and I don’t want the flag to have them, or for folks to use that flag- the triangles might not be shaped and oriented in the same way as black triangles have been used historically for oppression, but I don’t want to have them anyways.

Followers/Associates Only: I have no problem with y’all making edits, just show me what you make and keep the same stripe template unless you want to make a simplified version with horizontal or vertical stripes (to make irl pride gear easier to make).

I haven’t heard of one so yeah you could coin xenofluid! of course, genderfluid could work just as well, but xenofluid is a more specific term that suits what you’re after.
