My new fave dessert are the caramel dark chocolate peanut ice cream bars from Enlightened! 😋
PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING!!! One of the most delicious keto cheesecakes I’ve ever had, pumpkin!! Only 3 net carbs per serving! It pairs well with my pumpkin spice (sugar free) coffee creamer and pumpkin spice whip topping. 😊 🍁
Keto meatballs!!! Sooooo delicious with side salad or zucchini noodles!
Ingredients:
Ground beef, Italian sausage, grated Parmesan, pork rinds, shredded mozzarella, eggs, onion powder, Italian seasoning.
Hitting 100 degree weather in Texas! Had to make a refreshing snack! We LOVED this watermelon pizza! The white cream is just a mixture of cream cheese, whip cream, powdered sugar (I use swerve), and vanilla! Just top it with sliced fruits and chia seeds! I highly recommend!!
This keto chocolate mug cake is a new hit in our home! And it’s soooo simple to make! I found this recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Tbs Almond flour
1 Tbs Coconut flour
2 Tbs Cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
2 Tbs erythritol
1/4 Tsp cinnamon.
1 Egg
2 Tbs melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 packet of Splenda
Pinch of Sea salt
Mix melted butter and egg in microwave safe cup, preferably a coffee mug.
Add all the dry ingredients and mix well with fork until smooth.
Place in microwave for about 55 seconds.
I topped mine with whip cream, keto chocolate drizzle, and crushed pecans.
Made some bun-less burgers for dinner using a fresh tomato right from my garden! The best tomatoes come straight from the vine, they are much sweeter!

Tried this chicken and broccoli casserole the other night. It came out better than I thought!

So I found this recipe and had to try it! No-bake Peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake! Yes, it’s keto!! It came out way better than I thought! I totally recommend! (Found the recipe on Pinterest)

Keto fried chicken! One of my new faves! Easy to make and really low carb! Just dip chicken breast in egg yolk, then dip into almond flour (you may also use crushed pork rinds). Fry chicken in pan, covered. (I use olive oil) It can also be oven baked! Top with your favorite sauce or cheese!
