This is your reminder that being on your period is an EXTREMELY valid reason not to workout. I don't care what your high school gym teacher told you. An organ is tearing itself apart inside of you. You do not NEED to workout on your period. Obviously, do it if you want to. But you should never feel bad or think you're lazy if you don't. You're not lazy. Women have literally compared bad period cramps to the pain of being in labour.
