It's incredible how much the average middle aged woman agrees with radical feminists when you don't say that what you're saying is feminism related
A similar thing happens when you tell communist/anarchist talking points without saying they are communist/anarchist talking points
Imagine thinking female safe spaces are hateful and a personal attack on transĀ women instead of being about protecting female people from the incredibly Real and Documented threat of male violence
trans women will never understand the need for female spaces bc they arent females. they will never understand why women need to be protected and away from males. they just think its a fun little group that excludes them and like all men ever, they demand access to things they canāt have
Imagine being a grown ass woman fiercely guarding a āgirls onlyā tree house.
Imagine being a grown ass man and wanting access to a āgirls onlyā tree house.
men hate women so much. they always have. worthless brutes.
meanwhile in 2021: āterfs will get their teeth bashed inā
also meanwhile in 2021: āsexism was born out of capitalism, actuallyā
The notion that straight people who approach sex unconventionally are comparable to gay people is predicated on a conception of gayness as sexual deviance. Itās homophobic.
op posts this and proceeds to describe sub drop (feeling intense loneliness, sadness, fear, repulsion etc) after sex as normal and occurring even in non-bdsm relationships (i wonder who is it that suffers this more often?). and a cursory glance at their blog says theyāre asexual and (presumably) therefore not engaging in sex anyway (though iām sure they would argue on the merits of that). ok.
actually it felt important to amend this because like. baby you should NOT be feeling āweird and empty and aloneā after sex no matter what kind it was, and no matter the endorphin high. the ācrying after/during sexā is a (frankly oddly outdated) joke about men expressing vulnerability during intimacy, not a reference to feeling uncomfortable with violence that has been done to you once the sexual atmosphere has worn off. like wtf is this normalizing for women and young girls (and yes, fine, men too)? this post had over 22k notes.
The feeling of vulnerability during sex makes you feel empty and alone? Pretty sure thatās a symptom of being disconnected from your partner. The act of sex is like a trust fall with an old friend; youāre stitched together by it.
Have normal sex with someone who loves you for the love of all that is holy in this universe. The only thing you should experience after sex is contentment and happiness and a feeling of enhanced intimacy and closeness with your partner, not whatever abuse-induced depressive episode you give cute names to to normalise it and pretend itās okay actually.
I have experienced sex, where I felt empty afterwards, and it wasnāt when I was having a healthy sex life. It was when I was forcing myself to have sex when I didnāt really want it or have sex in a way that didnāt really feel good to me and wasnāt fulfilling me. ļæ¼ It was when I was dissociating in order to get through the experience. ļæ¼
I would ask anyone who feels empty after sex, to consider whether they are dissociating during sex, and whether that might be contributing to or causing those feelings. ļæ¼
ļæ¼Ever, since I stopped dissociating during sex, and I stopped having sex in ways that arenāt pleasurable to me, and I stopped having sex with people I didnāt feel connected to, and I stopped having sex when I didnāt actually want to, I have never felt empty afterwards. ļæ¼
When I start to feel myself dissociating during sex now, or when I start to feel any pain or discomfort, or Iām just not feeling it in the moment; we stop. ļæ¼ I donāt force myself to keep going when Iām not doing something that Iām genuinely enjoying. ļæ¼ This has been the single biggest way that ļæ¼I have improved my sex life, my relationship with my body, and my romantic relationships. As for the ācrying during/after sexā thing? It was always because one or both of us was so happy and pleasured that it brought happy tears to our eyes. The only sad tears Iāve experienced were when I shouldnāt have been having that sex because it was not good for me.
Listen to your body. If you cry, something's wrong. Listen
the only time I've ever felt anything like that after "sex" was when it was rape
I wanted to write a whole essay about how if you feel like that after sex, it wasn't sex. But the last comment sums up exactly what I was going to say.
Because yeah, the only time I've felt like that after 'sex' was when it was rape.
this is the new "you're supposed to bleed" "it's supposed to hurt" rape culture.
When I was raped a decade ago I didn't really know what to call it at first. It had begun consensually, and then quickly went downhill. But he cuddled with me afterward, smoked outside my window, ranted about his ex, borrowed a book. And then he left and I felt like shit. Couldn't really figure out why. Went to the bar, had some drinks. Still felt off. Texted one of my best friends about it. I slept on the couch because I felt weird going back to my bedroom. Next morning I was in a daze. Still couldn't go back to my bedroom. My friend and I had a phonecall and I described what happened. She burst into tears and that's when it hit me what that man had done to me.
Point being, no consensual sex I've had has ever made me feel that way. Whereas the most intense consensual encounters I've had just made me feel really happy during and afterwards. Warm and fuzzy.
If you don't feel like the sun after sex, something went wrong.
This is a great example of how women canāt simply be environmental activists. We have to be āhotā, we have to be āslutsā, we have to be palatable to male masturbation. The fact that this has thousands of notes is concerning enough, but I guess this is the misogyny website.
What kind of battles r u guys fighting im so fucking scared rn thank god im a lesbian like actually thank jesus
the ācare and respectā that women are treated with? LMFAOOOO what kind of made-up deluded world do these people live in. you think women are treated with care and respect? more care and respect than men??? you think women are treated with care and respect during sex? during sex with men ?????????????
so many of you really do think that you can be born with an organ that makes you a rapist, and you don't seem to understand that sexual abuse is a product of imbalances of power
guns arenāt the reason people get shot. the reason people get shot is power imbalances. power imbalances arising from the fact that one of them has a gun
*sex-based violence
āš¾ right. Like I promise they didnāt ask the womenās preferred pronouns or consider how they presented before harming them. ITS SEX-BASED.
It's because rape & conquer is a game to men, and a raped daughter reminds them of their "loss" in the game. They shame, or kill, these girls for the same reason they scream at the players when their team loses in any sport: "How dare you make ME look bad? How dare you make US look like losers?"

if cis women are your oppressors, why do you want to be in their spaces?
you know honestly I don't really have an answer for why a trans woman would want to use the bathroom or have shelter from homelessness or have a place to change at the gym or be able to access healthcare relevant to body parts we have. you've got me stumped there
Maybe because ciswomen are a protected class who's percieved vulnerability causes people to give them more resources?
Maybe because there are a lot of ciswomen and not many trans women, causing ciswomen to have an easier time building support networks?
Maybe because of their superior fincancial, social and emotional situation granting them easier lives?
And being sheltered along side them is our best bet at survival, despite how horrific it is?
Or maybe it's just because we're evil wolf-in-sheep's-clothing rapey trannies who have it easy and just want someone to prey on.
female spaces aren't mixed sex on the basis of vulnerability. they are single sexed on the basis of sex. female spaces aren't meant to offer males the "best bet at survival", nor share our "superior financial, social, and emotional situation" with vulnerable males. you aren't entitled to female spaces just because you think they'd help you and be better than male spaces, sorry.
They canāt believe that we donāt see everything that moves and want to fuck it⦠sheās beautiful and so to them thereās no way she hasnāt been fucked
Nothing makes them more uncomfortable than the fact that we have more self control and the ability to be picky
Men are not killing themselves fast enough
