45 CAL MUG CAKE
This one’s chocolate & cinnamon flavour y’all.
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe bc it was shit soo, here goes:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon flour (28cal)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (0cal)
1 teaspoon cacao powder (approx. 15cal, I used that raw Mayan superfood stuff but I’m sure any unsweetened cocoa powder would work)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (0cal, this wasn’t in the OG recipe but cinnamon has a laxative effect on me so bonus points for gettin muh bowels moooovin)
2 tablespoons zero cal sweetener (0cal)
1 tablespoon water (0cal, this was milk in the original recipe but milk is a ~fear food~ of mine so idfw milk)
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, & sweetenerrr) and get rid of the floor/baking powder lumps cos they taste gross if they’re left in. It makes sort of a brown powder lookin thing.
Add the water and mix well until it’s smooooooooth af bby.
Microwave for 50 seconds.
Let it cool (it’s really fuckin hot) and enjoy! This is the most important step bitches.
This shit’s b o m b when you’re craving cake cos it’s just about the same texture and has a similar taste. You can of course add some vanilla extract if you wanna be ~fancy~, but I didn’t have any and I’m too lazy to go to the store lmao.

It’s staring at half of a bagel and crying because you have to eat it and yet it’s so fucking terrifying. it’s obsessing for hours over what your next meal is going to be and having a panic attack when that meal is unavailable. it’s spending hours on restaurant websites trying to figure out how to get the lowest calorie menu item possible. it’s a living fucking hell and I wish I had never fallen down this nightmare of a disorder because now I’ve got to claw my way out and it doesn’t want to let me go. it may never fucking let me go. I might just have to learn to live down here as best I can, a life sentence of hell. fuck this, fuck pro ana, fuck thinspo, fuck society for making us think that this is desirable in any way, shape, or form, and if I sound pissed off it’s because I am because no one should ever look at a person struggling to stay alive and wish that would happen to them. if you haven’t fallen in yet, run. run like the devil himself is coming after you. run before it’s too late and you’ve wasted years of your life trying to make yourself disappear. run so that you’ll never have to claw yourself out. and if you’ve already fallen? well, then you best begin that climb. Green Goddess Soup
Pros: low cal, affordable, 10 minute Cook time, easy
What you will need:
1 cup broccoli flourettes
¾ cup chopped zucchini
¼ onion
1 cup spinach
2 cups vegetable broth
½ cup water
3 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Spices (I used paprika, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and turmeric)
Sauté onion, and zucchini in a medium to large sized pot. I used 0 cal Olive oil spray for this.
Add liquids and spices. Wait til boiling.
Add broccoli. Wait until it’s soft.
Reduce heat, stir in spinach.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes.
Pulse in blender until smooth.
Add yeast if desired.
Serve with a piece of toast or eat by itself.
This is only about 110 calories!

1. ¼ cup of skimmed milk (24 cal)

3. ½ an egg (36 cal)

4. Drop Vanilla
•
5. Non-stick spray (2 cal)

Instructions:
1) Mix the egg, milk,and vanilla

2) Sift the flour and gradually mix it

4) Pour a thin layer of crepe batter and flip it after 45 seconds

Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.
