A Much Needed Update...

Hey Loyal Followers,

Long time know see. Wanted to put a post out there to tell you guys what has been going on in my life the past few months....unfortunately, I gained weight :( Life happened and it turns out that balancing pre-med coursework with health and still trying to have a life is a pretty difficult task...

BUT....I have been feeling more motivated than ever to get back into eating clean and working out. So lets do it together.

The purpose of this blog is all about body positivity and for a while there I needed some of that positivity in my own life. My goal this year is to get healthier than I have ever been before and I want to share my progress with you all.

If you have any stories, tips, frustrations, etc that are related to your personal health journey I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THEM. In the past, I know that sharing personal stories has really helped many followers of this blog...

So lets encourage each other and keep motivating. Here’s to Summer 2016 being the turning point towards us becoming our best selves.
