• I made this blog to follow my health journey- both physically and mentally- but I also share things that make me laugh and whatnot.

• I am AuDHD. I was diagnosed in 2022, at the age of 22. I am still learning how to make my life more accessible 3 years later.

• I want to spread positivity- but not in a toxic way. Life SUCKS! Truly! But it CAN get better. With friends, support, or even online communities rooting for you. (I’m rooting for you!)

and not to sound like a conspiracy theorist but another reason I hate the return of 2000’s th*nspo shit is bc starving does make women frail and has longer term consequences like early osteoporosis, brittle bones/teeth, insomnia, ect. Your muscles will start eating themselves.
