Grisha are long lived,not inmortal, only extremely powerful grisha (the darkling,Baghra and the saints) are inmortal

(This is the first i found, i am now in a super investigation mood right now so take it with a huge grain of salt)

Also,hypothetically if Jesper outlives Wylan we can guess Wylan lives until his 90s so Jesper won’t outlive him by THAT much. Not to say Baghra is a prove they won’t look young forever. Even then,it’s the common that in a couple,one outlives the other, couples that die naturally at the same time tend to be strange, maybe in the case that one died a few days later than the other due to grieving.
