Are those just shipping containers? You could take that with a circular saw if you took cover behind those water tanks.
You don't even need cannons for this though. A catapult is enough. Pierce the watertanks that are outside and empty them, or poison the water (whichever you fancy). Launch stones on the greenhouses and sunpanels until they break. That should not be that hard, most are huge targets. That should destroy most of their immediate resources, giving you a good starting point for a seige. Those watchtowers look like wood, so you could try to set them on fire, or launch some more stones to collapse them. For added psychological effect, bang the container wall at night so they cannot sleep.
And that is assuming you are carefull, because that door to the car lot, looks really flimsy. You could probably do a turtle formation, with shields, and bang the thing open in 2 minutes. 4 molotov cocktails and the cars are gone.
