"Maybe she's finally gotten a push," Blake slid closer. "Like we did just, y'know, not as literal" "Facinating as that thought is I was thinking," Yang slid her hand on top of Blakes but her cheeks flushed and she felt suddenly nervous. "That we're alone and finally have some time for just us?" Blake replied, turning Yangs face to hers with a grin. "Y-yeah," Yang stuttered out, eyes already on Blakes mouth. Blake didn't hesitate as she leaned in and pressed their lips together. Then pushed Yang onto her back.

I am not that old, and I didn't have a smartphone until probably late high school. For most of my life, many if not most people were not walking around with a magic internet machine in their pocket that they pulled out and used constantly for everything.
