Yeah no this is not remotely true

Fridays being unlucky and 13 being unlucky are ideas that developed independently and were only joined in more recent times

in some countries it’s Tuesday the 13th or Friday the 17th. this is far from universal

and to cap it all off, 13 was probably considered unlucky in Norse folklore (source)

honestly I would just like to see one person give a source for the “Friday the fuckteenth” idea. just one. why do I suspect it’s a blog last updated in 2005 that trails stars behind the cursor and plays Enya on every page?
