Hi, Catholic here—the only part of the holy trinity with a human body is the Son (Jesus) so yes, but also God the Father doesn’t have a human body so no, but the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are all the same being as well so yes, but all humans including women are created in the image of God so hypothetically He has everything else too. As for God’s pronouns — the official position of at least some Christian churches is the one mentioned above, He/Him with capital H. This is kind of a “have and eat cake” position wherein you can continue to refer to God in a traditionally masculine mode while maintaining plausible deniability that you think God is actually male. Sure, He’s our Father, but it’s not like He has a Dick, right? Wink wink wink

In Dan McClellan’s videos, the pronouns he uses for God are context-based. When he is talking in a historical context about how [Tetragrammaton] was understood, he will use He/Him, because that’s how the ancients perceived Him, just as ancient Greeks saw Zeus as a Him. But when Dan is talking about how God affects people today (however you choose to interpret that), he refers to God as singular they/them, because if God is truly spirit and not just A Dude But Bigger, then a gender-neutral pronoun is appropriate.

On the other hand you have Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg, whose common refrain is “The pronoun for God is God”
