Ingredients:

Potatoes – 3, boiled, peeled, chopped in bite sized pieces White Chickpeas (Kondakadalai) – 1/2 cup, boiled Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup Juice of 1 Lemon Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tblsp Oil – 1 cup Coriander Leaves – few, chopped Onion – 1, finely chopped Tomato – 1, finely chopped

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Fry the potatoes until golden brown. 3. Remove and drain excess oil. 4. Combine all the ingredients with the potatoes and mix well. 5. Garnish with chopped onions and tomatoes on top. 6. Serve at once.

Simple and easy Beans Carrot Tomato curry recipe from #GoldMohar #Sunflower #Oil as #HealthComesFirst!!! Ingredients : 1/2 kg - beans 1/2 kg - Carrot 1 cup - finely sliced Onion 1 cup - finely cut Tomato 1 tsp - chilli powder 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste Oil - 1 tbsp Method : Cut the beans and carrot into thin long pieces and boil them. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the onions. Add the tomato and ginger-garlic paste. When the tomatoes are cooked, add the beans and carrot. Add chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with rice. This can be used as a side dish for rotis and dosa.

Enjoy warm goodness of halwa flavored with dates and cashew nuts with this easy recipe from #GoldMohar #Sunflower #Oil!!!

Ingredients :

200 gm dates-seedless, chopped 1 cup milk 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup ghee 100 gm cashew nuts 1/4 tsp elaichi powder

Method :

1.Place milk and dates in a pan and bring to a boil. 2.Lower the heat and cook till thick. 3.Fry the cashew nuts in half the ghee and keep aside. 4.When dates mixture is thick (looks blended), add the sugar, ghee, and cashews and cook further till mixture leaves sides of pan. 5.Add the elaichi, mix well and spread in a thin layer on to a greased surface and leave to set. 6.When cool and set, slice into desired sized pieces and serve.
