The Toon Division Re-Opening!

Somewhere in the world, there's a pocket dimension. Inside the pocket dimension are living cartoons aptly named Toons in their town aptly named Town with their mayor aptly named, you guess it, Mayor! Inside Town, things are bright, colorful, and everyone is happy. Outside of Town.. Well, you shouldn't go there. That's where The Deer With One Eye is, and you wouldn't want to forget yourself, would you?

in other words, hi, it's been a good while since I first started The Toon Division and in the midst of mental health episodes and bad actors I found that I felt like the story needed better bones. Better bones than I gave it at like 17 years old, anyways. So now it's open for new people to be here from the start! The server is fresh and restructured, the worldbuilding more accessible, character references refreshed, all of it.

This roleplay is meant to be casual and lighthearted, but it does contain horror elements such as being watched, transformation horror, children in peril, and more. You don't need to be an established roleplayer to be here, beginners are very welcome! As are spectators, if you just want to see the story and talk to people about it.
