current headcannon rn is Jesper is really great with kids and it’s not a dealbreaker in a relationship but he’d really like to have a kid eventually. I think Wesper would eventually adopt when they’ve settled a bit.. omg and the kid ends up being grisha so Jesper is so scared that he’ll end up wanting them hide it away like his father did, but he ends up teaching them and helping them and it reminds him sm of himself and his mother

Wylan Spider-Man au but it’s still set in grishaverse rather than a modern-ish au- canon still mostly happens but Wylan is also just Spider-Man and no one knows. Jesper is in the odd situation of constantly flirting with Spider-Man (who somehow saves him the most out of anyone) and falling for a certain merchling…

Spider-Wylan saves Jesper so much that Jesper starts to trust him in dangerous situations so he just gets so much more cocky and annoying to their enemies because he knows a certain spider will swoop in to save him. He sometimes puts himself in shitty situations on purpose so he can hang out with spider-Wylan

and after he finds out Spider-Man is Wylan, they have a moment where Wylan puts back on his mask and it’s basically the “I kinda like your face” scene 🤤

Idk I just kinda like the idea pf Jesper not wanting the powers he was ‘blessed’ with from birth while Wylan feels like gaining his powers is his ‘second chance’ at being worth it because he feels like his worth is quantified by how much he can offer other people. And they both teach eachother how to have a healthier relationship with their powers!!

Au where Jesper turns into his younger self for a short while and it’s before his mother passes so instead of the kid being traumatized and angsty, he’s just so so cute and misses his mom and dad a lot- and all the crows just feel awful because they know this kid will eventually face the horrors
