Ok. I have a story concept. Personification of stars, moons and planets isn’t new, but i do have a slightly different take on it.
So there’s this big ass galaxy right? It’s not really close to our perceivable reality, and could very well be in a completely different realm of reality. And within this galaxy there’s one super planet that supports an absolutely massive population, I’d say 100x that of what earth supports.
Every being on this planet is connected to some other star, moon, meteor or planet. The thing they’re connected to has the same lifespan as them, so let’s say you’re a meteor and you die, you’d see a shooting star crash somewhere at the same time you die.
Also, you’re capable of visiting the space thing you’re connected to without being injured, so stars can literally chill in schorching heat and not feel a thing, or moons can hang out on their own private rock home whilst still being able to breathe, somehow.
Other than the whole space connection thing, they’re like mortal humans.
Sometimes there’s a prophecy sent from the black hole. This is also represented by a person, but she’s absolutely ancient, and if she dies and the black hole stops existing things could go very badly. So they’ve committed they’re best technology to keeping her alive and making all these prophecies, and it seems to be working.
But her latest prophecies have been off, subtle inconsistencies and such. And her most recent seems to be completely impossible. She predicts that moons and stars/suns are the only ones who can stop the destruction of their entire galaxy.
She also urges the suns and moons to work together, and there has to be a grand festival just for suns and moons to meet each other.
Ok, it’s not that suns and moons have any bad blood, there just hasn’t really been any connection between the two. Moons tend to be quiet and suns are naturally, very bright and loud. Of course, it’s not impossible for them to work together, but it just wouldn’t be something out of the ordinary. So what’s the sudden need for collaboration?
