good morning, I woke up today and decided to be annoying as shit so I’d like to just apologize in advance and thank you for your tolerance

I have never felt more betrayed and simultaneously impressed in my life than this one time when my youth group was playing mafia (actually we were playing body body, but same difference), and I was alone in a room and this guy comes up to me and just starts casually talking to me, and he doesn’t kill me. Perfect opportunity to kill me and he doesn’t take it, so I think oh he’s not the killer I guess. Still, I’m not gonna be too trusting, but then it happens again—he just walks up to me and strikes up a casual convo. Plus, in general, he’s just a chill, trustworthy type of guy, and I don’t suspect a thing. So next time a body is discovered and we vote on who we think the killer is, I vouch for him. I think you can guess where this is going. Next round, I’m in my usual spot and he comes up to me and casually asks me if I’m the last person. Finally starting to get a little suspicious, I say “uh yeah I think so, why?” and he kills me mid-sentence, no hesitation. Once everyone is dead and he’s won, he admits to earning my trust just to cast suspicion off himself, and honestly I wasn’t even mad because that’s just so ruthlessly brilliant, A+ strategy
