Back from two weeks drinking in the sun and having chips with every meal. First gym session back was awful but not too much fat gained. Shoulder recovery still going strong, pretty pleased 💪🏼😊

Rehab still going strong, started to lift weights again but shoulder separation is taking a long time to tighten up, and occasionally feel the fracture in my sternum if I jolt it, but getting there. Had an unbelievable meal after my post workout shake the other day, not perfectly clean but still very healthy... Gnocchi, pesto and goats cheese bake, with a mixed bean salad and couscous with mixed peppers. All topped with some mixed leaf, sprinkles of mixed seeds and a big dollop of sour cream and chive. Yum!! :) Oh and I had a carrot, apple, ginger and lemon juice blend to help wash it all down :) :) :) Can't explain how good the gnocchi bake was!!!
