I need help getting away from my “home”

I currently live in a transphobic home with abusive parents. I’ve tried going to CPS and the cops, I even went to the hospital when they drugged me a few months ago, but no one would help me. My only option is to wait until I turn 18 later this year and just run, but I need money for that. I’m taking my dog with me as she is my only reason for holding on this long and my “dad” will kill her if I leave her here. I’m not allowed to get a job as long as I live with my “parents” and they took the money I had saved in my bank account.

All money will be used for gas, dog food, and general living expenses and is just a fall back until I’m able to get a job. It’s just something to get me started while I’m couch hopping.

My mother did this to my father once. They got into an argument, my very pregnant and hormonal mother stormed off…except they lived in a tiny apartment so the only place to go was to shut herself into the closet for a good long sulk. And while she was sitting in there, fuming, she looked up and saw her sewing kit on the shelf, and all my father’s uniforms hanging right there.

So she picked one shirt and one pair of trousers, carefully, methodically ripped every third stitch out of every seam, and then hung them back up together so that he would be likely to pick them at the same time. This took her a couple hours, so by the time she was done, the anger had worn down. She came out, she and my father had a talk that ended in apologies, after which they were tired and went to bed. My mother swears up and down that she meant to warn my father about the sabotaged clothes in the morning, but he wore a different uniform set and they were both still feeling a little raw, so she didn’t want to bring up the fight again. She decided to tell him that night instead.

And then she forgot.

Anyway, about four days later, my father apparently came home roughly an hour after he left for work, his clothes slowly, gently shredding off his body, the most bewildered expression on his face. “Paula,” he said, his voice mildly shell-shocked. “Paula, my clothes are broken.”

My mother promptly burst out laughing so hard that she went into labor. And that’s the story of my birth, heralded by petty vengeance and utter confusion.

Kind of a rant but positive

So I’m in a Lokean clan and we talk through discord. Tonight a lot of deities were active and three were possessing three separated people at one time. Lucifer, Thor, Loki, and Níðhöggr were all around.

I hadn’t even really acknowledged Loki and Níðhöggr but they both kept trying to get my attention.

They wanted to tell me I was going to escape my abusive family soon. Within a year I’m going to be free. I have never happy cried so hard in my life. I had to cover my mouth just so my “parents” wouldn’t hear me since they get mad. They kept saying that I’m loved and deserved peace. Níðhöggr said that he was going to come to my home later tonight to check it out and Loki warned that it looked like a crack house and I just laugh.

I’ve never felt so accepted and full of hope in my life.

I think I’ll be able to hold on until I can get out now

I am in a clan that is dedicated to the worship of Loki. As we’re are few and far between we communicate through discord.

I know people will see the word clan and call it a cult. They’ll say that these people want to hurt me and I need to get out. This is not a clan and I could leave whenever.

I wasn’t ok tonight. I relapse and self harmed after 8 days without cutting. I was consding on chugging my psychosis medication and ending it. I ranted about this in the rant channel. It started as a basic rant about how I feel like shit but by the third paragraph I was starting to seriously considering attempting suicide for the 14th time.

The second in charge came to me and talked me down. He convinced me to put the pills away and to clean up my shoulder, but Unlike everyone else in my life that’s ever talked me down he stayed. He talked to me for three hours until I was tried and safe. He got up to use the bathroom at 4 am his time, saw me considering suicide, and chose to abandon sleep.

This man saved my life tonight. Without him I would be dead right now.

My clan is my life. They are my reason to live. They are my family.

This man is more of a big brother to me then my bio brothers. He’s done more for me then them any day.
