FTM, genderfluid, tired old man, magical pixie dream grandma, guydyke I'm like figuring out who I want to be. This year my gender is Fag. - mack, 2024
q&a:
How long have you been on T? I came out at 12 years old, started HRT at 18, and had top surgery at 25.
What is your icon from? cropped screenshot of the fractal composited desktop background from Fedora 14's then-new KDE.
Where is your header from? snow sculpture I made in college and decided to use because I happened to have the photo at hand
How do I refer to you? I am a trans man who enjoys gender non conformity and cross-dressing, for sure, but I'm also a little more nonbinary than I thought. I take my grammar in the following order: he/him always applies, they/them generally applies, especially if people are weird about me in a dress (i'm a fantastic chameleon). I will use she/her only in very specific contexts. Basically during a forcefem scene in sex it is ok. Which means that very rarely does someone get that privilege.
Are you Bi or Gay? Yes. And so are you if you like me! I prefer the terms bisexual or queer. I don't know what kind of types I have beyond... kind of softboi in both masculine and feminine variants, but not exclusively limited to that.
What style are you wearing/where do you get your clothes? I've been getting clothes from thrift shops more but I've also been getting kind of into boho fashion. And I also make some of my clothes.
Can we be friends/Can I DM you? Sure, but i like never check anything so if I don't respond it's probably because I haven't seen it. But right now (spring '24) i'm in a making friends mood
Do you have a DNI? sometimes i block people but i don't have a specific DNI beyond like... i don't really care to engage with white nationalists, transphobes/queerphobes or other types of really far right / far gone people. I might be an adult but I don't think it's useful to segregate people based on age alone. I remember getting a lot of good advice from adults in the early age of the internet, and they helped me realize and navigate situations where it was a little out of my league. I think the best way to deal with people can be abusive is with a community that can help someone realize what's happening and support that person as they exit the situation, not isolate and then the abusive people are the only ones who will engage.
