There's a lot of history and culture on the Internet so it's no surprise when someone doesn't get the reference. That's why I'm here!

All I do is link to relevant articles and such and include lil excerpts that I hope give posts more context. I am a real person and I look up most of this stuff anyways so I figured maybe I could save others some time.

Credibility is difficult. That's why I default to using Wikipedia and I try my very best to use credible news sources when applicable.

Fuck Trump, fuck Musk, fuck MAGA, trans rights are human rights, no human is illegal, vaccines work, and everything else that should be common sense. I'm not here to be your propaganda pony, I just like learning and sharing things.

Stockholm city trams. I don’t know how old they are, but I can tell they’ve been in use for decades. I love it when a city respects classic tractions.

What’s actually my favorite part about these trams is that they are operated by volunteers! Though they traffic the regularly scheduled track known as Spårväg City, the tram conductors and tram drivers are doing it in their free time!

It’s like a historical tram society that just really love sharing their love for tram history. (Djurgårdslinjen and Svenska Spårvägssällskapet)

The tram on the left (SS A1 76) was introduced in 1926 and the tram on the right (SS A12 335) was first put in use in 1924. Both have been restored by the historical tram society and the left one has even been used in Stockholm’s and Oslo’s metro systems to remove snow from the electrical rail (på svenska heter det snöblåsningsvagn och jag orkade inte leta efter en bra engelsk översättning)

Anyway, here's a helpful diagram. When I was hit on the temple this was one of the harder things I had to reteach myself. Don't be shamed into not asking questions, and it's alright if it takes you a while to figure it out. Don't let someone make you feel bad for learning new things, or relearning old ones.
