Loss is a very confusing thing when you’re cluster a.
You begin to wonder why you’re even mourning at all with the lack of effort you put in. But the hole their loss has created inside your soul is deeper than youd ever expect.
But now they’re gone, talking about them feels… Easier? Acknowledging their existence no longer comes with the caveat that they may know you too.
really really weird, anybody else with szpd experience this? id not sleep at all or id be otherwise sick/ not at optimal health and suddenly im kind of more expressive, more... "there" and more involved socially. i joke around and laugh. theres no desire for interaction but im not like agonizing through it. im so much more "normal". theres still little attachment (a little more than usual though?).
it only happens when im ill or my brain is deteriorated from not sleeping well.
it happened yesterday, and now that ive slept and eaten etc. im boring, aloof and not involved and expressionless again. this is my normal state.
its like my better self (my schizoidness) dissolves away due to my illness/slight cognitive decline from no sleep and so i sink into the hysteria that everyone else (normal people) are all in on. and then i get "sober" and feel stupid and embarrassed like you feel after a party and youre hungover
original experience (i think): as a child i was scared that if a family member was murdered they were going to accuse me of doing it and i'd rot in prison. my reason was that in tv shows and documentaries they'll always found out who the killer was because that person didn't seem devastated like others (not how it works but i was young and dumb) and i just didn't feel much for my family. to make it even worse my mother was suicidal, i wasn't worried about her dying but i was worried that after her death i wouldn't look sad enough and people would think something was fishy, so i started practicing how to act in case she actually did it like any normal 7yo would
nothing's worse than feeling sick but not being able to throw up, now it feels like it'll be inside of me forver
(i'm just going crazy)
genuinely, how do chronically online people do it? being online is so draining, people are always saying some stupid shit
I can’t overshare because that would be very humiliating but everyone else should overshare because I like to know everything
throw back to when i was with a cis girl that expected me (closeted and 17) to magically medically transition so she could make me met her extremely conservative parents who overheard she was dating someone. also she didn't want to come out to her family but didn't understand why i couldn't transition for the same reason?? needless to say the relationship didn't work out
unfortunately everyone i walk by has intentions of physically harming me and there's nothing i can do to prevent it, it sucks but it's doomed to happen so i'll have to let it happen
You were really kind and you tried very hard to be nice to me and be a friend to me, and I alienated you because I had to and that's just what I do. Oh well time for lunch
even outside of being schizoid i think it’s unsettling how some people feel entitled to your body, your time, your space, and your attention, and then get offended when you don’t want to be touched or simply want privacy. i can politely say i don’t want a hug and people react like i’ve said something cruel or offensive. i’ve had exes go through my phone without permission and then act shocked when i’m upset about my privacy being violated. in relationships, people expect you to give up parts of your autonomy just to keep them comfortable.
starting to feel like the transandrophobia discourse is mostly happening because "transandrophobia" is kinda a misleading word. it's not about an intersection of transphobia and a supposed "androphobia" (most people talking about transandrophobia do not think men are oppressed) it's an intersection of transphobia and misogyny. the obvious issue there though is that "transmisogyny" is already an existing term that refers to a different intersection of misogyny and transphobia, so you can't just call it that, because the issues mostly lumped into transandrophobia are distinctly different ones from transmisogyny. the issue is i really can't for the life of me think of a more intuitive term for this specific intersection of transphobia and misogyny. input appreciated.
i used to dislike the term transandrophobia/transmisandry but noticing that nobody was after the the name, people were disagreeing with the actual concept, made me embrace it.
it kinda reminds of people saying "i'm not homophoic because i'm not scared of yall" or "you can't be antisemitic to jewish people if they don't speak a semite language" they're not saying that in good faith and i'm not willing to engage with them
Transandrophobic straight men literally talk like the aborted gf meme "I would've loved to fuck you" ok? The feeling isn't mutual
Theyfab is for people who got too woke to say foid but not woke enough to not want to say foid
szpd culture is: uh oh! you've become one of the 'regulars' at the coffee shop! now you have to go to a different one for the next six months until they stop recognizing you
Real. I hate when people know I exist.
I find it kinda weird that it's called "Transmisogyny/Transandrophobia discourse" because I've never seen one trans man claiming transmisogyny was not a thing
