Hi!

I'm Ash (she/they), and I'm very quickly increasing in sideblogs!

This is basically anything voltron related (I joined the hyperfixation late, but the fanfictions good even if I can't actually watch the show anymore), but this will be mostly keith and probably also pidge bc they are my favourites.

I ship klance but I am also open to other keith ships (I love rarepairs aaaa) as long as it isn't sheith.

I don't ship pidge with anyone, as I headcannon her as aro (and Keith as gay. No bi keith pls my guy wears skinny jeans and a cropped jacket that's as gay as it gets).

If you ship shiro with any of the paladins, please don't interact with me! I don't want to be rude, but I do think those ships are fucking disgusting due to the age gaps and the nature of their actual cannon relationships (like keith and shiro considering each other brothers).

Despite literally obsessing over voltron for several months now, I haven't watched the show, so if you could recommend websites I can watch it on, I'd very much appreciate it! Until then I'll just stick to fanfics lol.

So I was just going to kind of disappear but uhhhh I thought I'd make a post about it so people don't worry or whatever

I'm fine but basically my voltron hyperfixation has kinda faded??? I mean I'm still in the fandom I don't dislike voltron or anything it just isn't consuming my every waking moment the way it used to. I have a new main hyperfixation now (I might make a blog for it idk yet) but yeah I'm picking up and shaking voltron frantically trying to get it to give me the happy juice but it just isn't working anymore so my brain has sadly moved on.

I'm still going to post on here when and if I want to and reblog art, and everyone is still free to send me asks and I will answer very happily but I definitely won't be posting as much as when I was in the height of my hyperfixation.

I'm going to try to finish all my half finished fanfics but I make no promises so.

Anyway thank you to all the people who supported me and shared ideas with me during the time span (over a year) that I was fully engaged with my blog :) I wish everyone a very happy voltroning going forwards!

Ngl I kinda want to read a fic where keith gets like. Deaged.

But not in the way that it's usually done; I don't want to see baby keith, or toddler keith, or small child keith before his life went to shit. I've seen a lot of those. I love them, but I've seen a lot.

I want to see a deaged fic where keith gets deaged to just before shiro found him. When he's felt lost and abandoned for years. At what is arguably his lowest point. Scrappy and rough and with a hard exterior that shiro has to break all over again. Convinced no one could love him, jumping at the slightest thing. Keith with no care for his life or other people, who doesn't think he matters. I want the paladins to see him like that, and acknowledge how far he's come, and how much his life has sucked.

Please.

One of these days I'm going to inflict shingles on keith just because I can

#IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT SHINGLES IS #basically its the follow up to chicken pox #so when you have chicken pox after its healed it doesnt really go away and instead it sticks around IN YOUR NERVES #and shingles gets reactivated by various things such as stress #and its only ever on one half of your body bc its along the nerves #and it makes a blistery rash and its really painful!#most people dont get it unless theyre like over 50 #but some lucky people (me) get it when they're younger #i had it when i was 13 IN MY ARMPIT WHICH MEANT THAT EVERY TIME I MOVED MY ARM I WAS IN AGONY #and also you have to be on painkillers 24/7 or you can get nerve damage #so yeah all in all fun disease might give it to keith

The problem with the Altean au having more focus on the Garrison and its world building is that the kids being actual personnel rather than just cadets means I have to figure out how the Garrison works, including how the fuck their uniforms ranks and insignia work. Because apparently VLD didn't even do that part.
