Tic tok AU; person A is a dancer and person B does funny skits and films stupid things their roommates get up to. And they keep ending up in the background of eachothers videos. The fans start theorising, do they know eachother, is it on purpose or is it just pure chance?

Total Wipeout au; the entire cast of characters takes part in Total Wipeout; alliances are formed, friendships are broken and flirting commences. Will those who talk themselves up have anything to show for it, or will the quiet ones be the one to watch?

BBC are replaying episodes of total wipeout (an obstacal course game show) with different people doing the voice over; and it reminded me of how great it is. This would work well with shows that have a large cast of characters (like haikyuu or RWBY) but also just focusing on a few characters. Also amazing crossover idea.

PROMPT #25

Person A goes to uni/college and finds out their room is being haunted by someone around their age, who seems kinda annoyed but not scary, so person A goes out of their way to find out how to communicate with them and they work together to find out what happened to them. (Que sarcastism ["this room is haunted" "I've been here for 250 years and I've never seen a ghost" "you are the ghost shut up, and we don't know how long you've been here"], a murder mystery and living with someone who can phase through walls, turn invisible and likes to make person A seem insane)

Bonus, for the ending you could have them be "reborn", person A meeting someone who looked so much like their friendly ghost that it might just be them, or they were actually in a coma and its a race against life support being removed and getting the ghost to unghostify, or you could have them end like that, leaving them to pass on.

PROMPT #24

Someone in the group gets glasses and everyone is fascinated with it, all of them begging to try them on. Person A's (glasses) asks person B how they look with glasses but they're too busy having a mental crisis about how good person A looks in glasses.

Add in all those "woooo I didn't know you were this blind", "i'm glad I don't have glasses" and "I really suit these[striking silly poses with the stolen glasses]" from the rest of the group.

PROMPT #23

The group has some alcohol and the most serious one gets drunk...which leads to them telling each member that they love and respect them all, telling them things they like about each member and just generally showing the group they care about all of them even if they're not great at showing it normally.

(Bonus if the person wasn't actually drunk and just used it as an excuse to tell them their feelings without damaging their reputation and gets found out by saying "I can't believe I said you were [add relevant compliment here]" and they all freeze, look at them and say in unison "YOU WEREN'T DRUNK!?!". Cue the character looking to the camera, with one single curse and the end)

PROMPT #22

Daisuke and Haru bodyswap; Haru is horrified when he wakes up and thinks he's been kidnapped, though as soon as he sees Suzue, who is calling him Daisuke, he realises and screams. She finds it hilarious. Daisuke is confused. They try and go about the other's daily life, understanding eachother as time goes on and trying to find out how to get back (understanding the other)

-my idea of why this happened is that one of the cold cases Haru was looking into late at night was about someone pleading innocent, accusing someone else, using the reason that they had swapped bodies. Haru this it's ridiculous but then starts wondering what it'd be like if this happened with him and Daisuke, with him being able to wave "his" unlimited balance around. He laughs at the thought and goes to bed...he isn't laughing in the morning when he remembers that thought.

-also I was thinking Haru and Suzue go straight to Haru's apartment so they can talk to Daisuke, and in the middle of their conversation Hoshino appears, finds out the situations (after they try and pretend that nothing has happened, failing spectacularly) and he laughs so hard he cries.

Person C bets that person A will fall in love with person B (they're their type, they're good looking...and then they do something stupid) and person A is determined to prove them wrong (which fails magnificently and C rubs it in their face, but also gives them advice)

(I like supportive but scheming friends in fanfics, especially as it's someone cheering for your ship but within the story XD)

PROMPT #20

During an investigation, things go wrong and Haru and Daiharu end up getting caught, put in individual cells and getting handcuffed together. While they wait for a chance to escape, they learn more about eachother and about themselves.

(This is obviously inspired by the outro)

(I was thinking they got caught because of them not working together well as a team, as they are very different but they have a lot to learn from eachother, they just need to see this, and getting caught is a great way. Add in arguments, them talking about their issues with each other and demons they carry around, include a fun rescue or an epic escape and then them learning from this and growing their relationship)

(Also Haru looks like he's crying in the outro ;-;)

Buzzfeed Unsolved AU; where Person A 100% believes in the supernatural and tries to convince character B that it's true, though Person B isn't convinced. Cue staying in a supposedly haunted place (with ghosts or demons or both), A telling B the story of the place and maybe something supernatural does happen (or maybe not and B laughs at A cause they freak out at nothing)

[Inspired by Itazura na Kiss]

Lucy the rich kid, popular kid and Natsu is the poor kid, who thinks he's cool but isn't too popular, having a close knit friendship group. Natsu's house damaged during an earthquake. With nowhere to stay Igneel reaches out to one of his old friends, Jude Heartfillia who takes them in. Jude is the father of one of the most popular girls in school, Lucy. Natsu wants to be friends with but Lucy is closed off and avoids talking to him too much, keeping to herself. As time goes on, Lucy opens up to Natsu and their romance blossoms.

(Lucy being closed off being because of her mum's death, still be friendly, but her actions are careful, quiet and tries not to draw attention to herself (she's popular, but in the "wow shes perfect" admire from afar and don't get too close kinda way). Maybe it's partly due to Jude also getting closed off due to her death and ignoring Lucy's needs; Jude has started improving but Lucy isn't forgiving as easier because she's scared of what happened to her mum and blames herself, partly scared to forgive incase something happens to him because of her. Natsu helps her talk and trust people more.)

I've started (and finished) Fugou Keiji: Balance:Unlimited knowing it's been delayed and I like it and now I also have to suffer the wait ;-;

Definitely recommend, though I would sat wait until it's July (or whenever if it's delayed).

Improved, slightly more original idea; GAMES NIGHT

A fanfic where the group plays monopoly (and imagine what a disaster that is), uno, Cluedo, or twister. Maybe even a quiz that someone made. (My friends' current entertainment at the moment, and the last one was a meme quiz)

Maybe the night ends with truth or dare.

(Tbh it'd be funny, with monopoly, to see which characters people think would steal all the money, or will actually try and play properly but it completely oblivious to the money theft, or will be completely aware of the money theft and helps, or who is really good and has never lost and now they have a reputation.)
