No matter how slow you are going... - Imgur

I just started doing the Couch to 5km challenge. There's a phone app for it and everything. Basically it trains you up to being able to run for half an hour and/or 5kms. I'm only 4 sessions in but already I'm more fit than I have been in 5 years. However, I still feel like maybe I'm not pushing it hard enough. Maybe I'm not doing well enough. My partner is already getting results of over 4km's while I'm around the 3km mark.

Every session I improve a little more. The first sessions I did I couldn't even run all of the jogging intervals I had to walk through them. Even though I'm no where near as big as this guy the sentiment in this picture is what is keeping me going.
