Extremely honored to have parts of my Bog Life of the Northeast illustration featured at this year’s National Audubon Society's Women in Conservation Luncheon! The yellow-bellied flycatcher, rhodora, Labrador tea and bog fritillary appeared on invitations, programs, and printed huge behind the speakers at the legendary Rainbow Room!! So cool. Giant thank you to Audubon for including my work.

If you're at the Acadia Bird Fest this weekend, be sure to grab this year’s commemorative t-shirt! This is the third consecutive design I’ve created for the annual event. It featurs the charismatic northern parula and magnolia warblers perched atop bunchberry, with the classic rocky coast of Mount Desert Island in the background.
Wow! Totally surprised and honored to find out that The Forest Revealed: An Illustrated Year has received a Silver Nautilus Book Award in the Middle Grade Non-Fiction category!

Northern parulas are back in Downeast, Maine! Heard at least 3 singing in my yard this morning. Just as I'm finishing up painting a pair. Warbler season is the best.

Black-and-chestnut Eagle (Spizaetus isidori) Another Latin American bird for Audubon Magazine! Dream job.
