Keanu Reeves is like the nicest person. He still lives in an apartment/flat and he gives most of his money away to charities and people who need it. He even invites some paparazzi people to sit down and eat with him when he’s at a coffee shop or restaurant. He’s such a nice person.

My friend was telling me about this and how Keanu Reeves is really depressed because of difficult things he’s gone through in his life like his sister dying of cancer.

Oh man, so the sad things that happened in Keanu’s life: - His father leaves him and his family when he is 3. They kinda stay in contact until he is 6, but then parents divorce officially and he completely abandons him - They go from city to city, he goes to a lot of different schools, like five highschools or something, has dislexia and problems with maths and stuff, finally doesn’t even get a highschool diploma. - Then his BEST best friend (23 at the time) dies from drug overdose(Keanu is 28 I think?) B-but hey, 5 years later he meets the woman of his dreams! And then she is pregnant by the next year! - THEN THEIR KID IS STILLBORN AT EIGHT MONTHS - THEY BREAK UP BUT STAY FRIENDS - THEN. SHE DIES. 18 MONTHS LATER. IN A CAR ACCIDENT. Gee, no wonder he still deals with SERIOUS depression.

Oh and his little sister Kim has Leukemia too and he’s her caretaker and does everything for her. So yeah, not a fun life, and he’s still one of the greatest, most compassionate people I have seen. And a wise guy too.
